TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROVISION OF TRAINING FROM SIGN FOR THOUGHTS
1. This is an agreement between SIGN FOR THOUGHTS (SfT) and The CANDIDATE (you), to provide communication training as specified in your booking.
Payment to be made by bank transfer, We do not accept cash, cheque or credit card payments.
a. You must pay full course fees to secure your place on the course. Until your fees have been received, the place may be regarded as available should another person require it.
b. Payment of fees by instalment may be arranged prior to the course start date. You must receive written authorisation from SfT to pay by this method. Payment by instalment will accrue an administrative charge as detailed in your payment plan agreement.
c. Please note that after the course has started, there are no refunds for course withdrawals and your obligation to complete the payment plan in full remains.
d. Late payments will attract a late-payment fee of £50 charge for late payment per month.
e. Changes to the instalment plan, once agreed and accepted, will attract an administration fee of £25
f. Please be aware that we will make a court claim to recover any fees left unpaid for 30 days.
The course fees payable are inclusive of:
f. Support and guidance from suitable qualified assessors and verifiers throughout the programme.
g.Handouts used or given out during class
h.Refreshments available during class.
The fees DO NOT INCLUDE
h. The Accreditation and any external verification Fees as set by Signature.
i. Additional Learning resources such as recommended reading, DVDs, videos, or books
Once you have paid course fees your place on the programme is secure.
Please note Fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE between programmes.
a. No refund will be given to any candidate who is asked to leave their course due to their violence or serious unacceptable behaviour.
b.If you withdraw from a course within the 2 weeks prior to the course starting, you will receive no refund of fees already paid.
c. No refund will be given to any candidate who withdraws from their course after the course start date. Payment by pre-authorised instalment plan will still be required until full payment has been received.
d. Registration fees will only be refunded if candidates HAVE NOT been registered with Signature for one or all of the units.
e. In cases of refund an administration fee will apply
4. Either party reserves the right to be consulted and to reject any amendment of the original agreement if deemed undesirable.
